Returns

• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Not show any signs of washing, alteration, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or other use.
• Be accompanied by the original order or purchase details.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions.

If the return is approved, we will arrange the replacement item, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or refund, where applicable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, damaged, or the issue occurred due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Any applicable delivery or service charges already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality-control, and product-specific reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
• Items with missing, removed, or damaged tags or original packaging.
• Items that have been stained or exposed to perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other substances.
• Items showing signs of use or wear.
• Customized, personalized, or specially altered items.
• Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Items returned after the applicable return period.
• Items returned without prior approval or without the required order details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue. After verification, JVAftab may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

In cases where the error is confirmed to be on our part, the applicable return shipping cost will be covered by JVAftab.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items and ensuring that they reach us in their original condition.

JVAftab is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned through a third-party courier. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping the shipment receipt until the return has been successfully processed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact JVAftab within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Order number
• Customer name and contact details
• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Photos or videos, where applicable

Our team will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from JVAftab.
